         Mersal movie is now the most hottest topic in kollywood.The film which release on October 18 Diwali day starring Thalapathy Vijay as lead Directed By Atlee already smashed many boxoffice records both in India and Overseas Market.It collected a record 52Cr on day 1 worldwide.From Tamilnadu its day 1 collection is 23.3Cr.It is also a record in kollywood.Mersal took only 3 days to enter 100Cr worldwide.In a 5 days span it also gone pass 150Cr worldwide.It collected a fantastic 176Cr in first week worldwide from tamil version alone beating previous record of Kabali 175Cr.

              Now as per the latest reports it collect 100Cr alone from Tamilnadu.Only 2 films achieved this before Mersal are Bahubali 2 and Endhiran.Both collected 123Cr and 105Cr respectively.Now the next target for Mersal in Tamilnadu are these two figures.As per the current form its look like an easy target for Mersal.Mersal is already Vijay's highest grosser worldwide.
